Wordpress.org is the official website for the Open Source Wordpress project. If you have a web host, you should download the script from there and install it on your host.
However, if you want a Wordpress blog hosted for free by wordpress, you can get one at http://www.wordpress.com/ - the official free Wordpress Blog host. Although, you don%26#039;t get a domain, just YOURBLOGNAME.wordpress.com.
