What To Do Next????????

i all ready bought i domain name and a hosting plan from godaddy.com

now what can i use to make a website.

im so confused

i dont want to hire somebody to do it i want to do it my self.

what program can i use that i can make a website that will allow me to put a chat room on and have graphic intros. and thats easy to upload on godaddy?

please any help will be great

and if you can give me an example of other sites that are created from a program that will be great

I would use Dreamweaver or Frontpage. Those are the easiest to design websites if you are just a beginner.

Look for some HTML tutorials through google as well, knowing HTML will help.

Have them develop it in a way, like with a content management system, that allows you to edit it in the future.
