she doesnt know much about them so i got it all set up for her,however, she cant remember her email password. we all use outlook express in our company and we pay someone to manage the IT side of things, so he hosts our domain name and gives everyone a password to access thier emails, but hes away on holiday. is there anyway i can change the password on my bosses computer without knowing the original one?

yes you can change it anytime but that should correspond to the username. otherwise you cannot retrieve that email.
