Need help connecting FILEZILLA with GODADDY?

(i dont have a phone available or i%26#039;d call godaddy, i already emailed them) here is my problem: I have a godaddy account, have the domain name paid for and they are hosting my site. i was told to try filezilla for an FTP server, and i have downloaded it, but every time i try to connect this is what i get:

Status:Connecting to 208.109.181.200:21...

Status:Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

Command:USER stefwithanf

Response:331 User stefwithanf OK. Password required

Command:PASS *********

Response:530 Login authentication failed

Error:Could not connect to server

I am using port #21 as was recommended to me. I am not positive of the exact host to type in, i have tried a few combos. i know my godaddy login info is correct because it works on the site. i just need to know the first step, i cannot connect!

is it possible to have a different login or password?

FTP credentials on GoDaddy shared hosting (which I assume is what you have) are not necessarily the same as your GoDaddy login.

The site to connect to would be your domain name that you host with them.
