I have no experience in web design and I am trying to build a website for my small buisness. I am starting to market my photography buisness online and I want to build a proffesional looking site. Is there a good program that will help me build it. I already have a domain name and hosting space purchased.

What you should totally do, is look at websites athat are already familiar to yours. Then ask yourself %26#039;what works, and what is it missing?%26#039; Write those things down, and then program. works for me evertime.

Dreamweaver is the top of the line web design program. Expect to take two or three months to really learn it and if you have a friend that knows it, this is even better.
You will also want to have a nice copy of Photoshop (and since you are a photographer you probably already have it)
If you need something right now, I suggest you go to a web hosting company like %26quot;GoDaddy%26quot; which is very reputable and get their plan called %26quot;Website Tonight%26quot; which is geared towards people who want a professional looking site but who do not have web publishing skills. They have many different templates you can use for your site and the prices are more than reasonable. That%26#039;s the fastest way. Since you already have hosting, I would contact the hosting company you are using and find out if they have something similar.
Otherwise, you can shell out several hundred or even thousand of dollars to a web designer and have them custom build a site to your specifics. It all depends on your priorities and how much time you have and how much you want to spend.
Additionally, getting your website built is actually the easy part. Its getting it to come up in the search engines that really takes work and often times, money. You%26#039;ll want the advise of someone who really knows what they are doing for this aspect of your business.
Other Replys:You might want to check out Lightroom, new product from Adobe targeted at pro photographers. Has tools for building custom interfaces and getting them up on the web. Not too technical in terms of development so it might be easier than taking on Dreamweaver.
